INM GoldenGate Database Connector (GGDBC) is a server that extends the abilities of rich-media clients to manage data over the Internet by directly to your existing ODBC databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access, etc). INM GoldenGate Database Connector (GGDBC) requires an authoring platform for the client (currently supports Macromedia Director® and Authorware®), a Windows NT/2000 machine for the server, and a standard ODBC database to connect to.

- Shockwave-compatible, Verisign approved - can download GoldenGate to the client automatically.
- Multiple data types - store, index, sort, search and retrieve any type of data (strings, integers, floating numbers, dates). Can also store and retrieve any type of media (pictures, sounds, palettes, etc.) that can be stored in a Director cast member or Authorware piece.
- Powerful search functions - allows you to use operators such as =, <>, <, <=, >, >=, starts, contains, as well as powerful yet simple Boolean queries. GoldenGate also allows you to use SQL-type queries directly, allowing finer control on your back-end database.

- Built-in User Access Control - The GoldenGate Database Connector Administrator, allows you to manage database user access at the click of a button. Individual users can be granted/denied access to each database.
